  Rooibos

  Rooibos is a caffeine-free tea originating from Africa. It has a smooth and gentle taste with natural sweetness. This makes it a perfect base for delicious tea blends.

  Apple

  Apple is a great source of fiber and vitamin c. Apple peels add a very intens and acidic touch in tea blends and they especially combine good with fruit tea blends.

  Hibiscus

  Hibiscus are a part of the Malvaceae family. It contains elements that have a calming and cooling effect. In addition, it can also aid digestion.

  Rose hip

  The rose hip is a false fruit of the rose plant. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and contributes to the natural energy of your body.

  Marigold

  The marigold is a plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. It has a strong purifying effect on the body, which is why it is often used in various herbal teas.

  Pomegranate

  Besides the fact that pomegranate tastes amazing, it also strengthens your immune system. It contains high antioxidants that are good for your well-being and body.

  Mango

  Mango does not only taste wonderfully creamy but it is also packed with vitamins. It gives the tea a fruity taste and is healthy for your body and mind.

  Rose petals

  Rose petals contain many minerals and vitamins. It is very good for the skin and has an anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, the leaves give the tea a delicious floral taste.

Brewing tips for the perfect tea

Using fresh water has a major impact on the taste. Hence, we recommend using fresh water for making this organic Ayurveda tea. You can use either tap water or spring water; both are very suitable. However, if your tap water contains lime or other unwanted flavors it is recommendable to use spring water. To get the best result, it is advised to stick to the recommended boiling water temperature that you can find on the packaging.

To release all the flavors of this tea, we recommend using fully boiled water at 100 degrees. Make sure that you let the loose leaf tea steep for 7 - 10 minutes for a full-bodied tea flavor.
