  Nettle

  Nettle leaf is derived from the leaves of the common nettle plant, also known as the stinging nettle. It contains important vitamins and minerals. It has properties that cleanse your body.

  Balm

  Lemon balm is considered a calming herb, it comes from the mint family. It is mostly used in herbal teas because it reduces stress and it is mood enhancing.

  Chamomile

  Chamomile comes from the Asteraceae family. It is a wonderful herb that stimulates relaxation and sleep. This is why it is used in many herbal tea blends.

  Moringa leaves

  The moringa tree grows in tropical regions. The taste of moringa can be described as subtle, light and nutty. Moringa leaves are often used in Ayurveda tea blends.

  Coconut

  Coconut is known for its great health benefits. It makes you calmer and it protects your immune system. It is also rich in fiber and has tons of other benefits for the body.

  Marigold

  The marigold is a plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. It has a strong purifying effect on the body, which is why it is often used in various herbal teas.

  Mallow

  Mallow is also known as malva. It is a medicinal herb with soothing and healing properties.

• 

  Green tea

  Green tea is made from the Camilla Sinensis tea plant. Green tea leaves are not oxidized to remain their green color and mild tea flavor.

Brewing tips for the perfect tea

We highly recommend using fresh water and not reboiling water in the kettle because this could lead to a flat cup of tea. You can consider making tea with spring water but it is not necessary, tap water is also very suitable. Spring water is especially recommended when your tap water contains a lot of lime or other unwanted flavors.

Make sure that you stick to the recommended boiling water temperature on the package. It is better to brew this green detox tea at 100 degrees. Let the tea steep for 7 to 10 minutes to get the best taste.
