You have just placed your order and now it is time to wait for your delicious tea to arrive! We understand that you are excited and that it is hard to wait.

After receiving your order and payment, we will send your tea as soon as possible to the address you’ve specified. We will deliver your tea with PostNL, DHL, UPS or FedEx you will receive your tea most likely the day after your order.

Orders placed on working days before 23:59 (CET) will be delivered the next (working) day. And orders placed on Saturday and Sunday before 23:00 (CET) will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery time The Netherlands and Belgium

  • Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before 23:59 (CET) are delivered the next (working) day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday before 23:00 (CET) will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery time other countries in Europe

For other countries within Europe there is a longer delivery time that can be up to 2-5 working days.

Taste Boxes and Tea Filters

Our Taste boxes and Tea Filters are shipped in a mailbox package. The shipping costs for this will be € 3.95 and is only available in The Netherlands.

All other products

All of our other products are shipped in a normal package with track and trace.

  • Germany: € 6.95 (Free shipping on orders over € 35.00)
  • Austria, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, and Luxembourg: € 8.95 (Free shipping on orders over € 49.00)
  • Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, and Spain: € 9.95 (Free shipping on orders over € 49.00)
  • Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, and the United Kingdom: € 9.95 (Free shipping on orders over € 49.00)
  • Other countries: On request

Can I return my order?

Even though we do not expect you to return our products, in rare cases you may want to return your products. You can feel free to return your purchased tea within 30 days starting from the purchase date. As long as the products you return have not been used and still are in the original package you can return your products within the mention time frame.

Return costs and refund

When you return your purchase it is important that the package includes a clear sender. This is important to process the returning of the product. We will refund your money in form of a voucher, that you can use for your next purchases on our webshop. Please note that the costs for returning the product are for your own account.
