  Moringa leaves

  The moringa tree grows in tropical regions. The taste of moringa can be described as subtle, light and nutty. Moringa leaves are often used in Ayurveda tea blends.

  Fennel

  Fennel is a plant that is widely used for its wonderful aroma. It is similar to the flavor of anise but it is slightly mild. hTe soft and rich taste creates a delicious tea blend.

  Horsetail

  Horsetail is a medicinal herb that contains many useful properties and minerals. It has an earthy taste and combines well with herbal teas.

  Elderberry

  Elderberry tastes very aromatic and sweet with a little bitter taste at the end. They are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that are good for your immune system.

  Balm

  Lemon balm is considered a calming herb, it comes from the mint family. It is mostly used in herbal teas because it reduces stress and it is mood enhancing.

  Licorice

  Licorice is an herb that grows in parts of Europe and Asia. The taste is similar to anise and fennel, bitter and sweet. Licorice helps digestive problems and soothes the stomach.

  Passionflower

  Passionflower is often used in tea because it has natural sedative properties. It delicious with other herbs and gives a relaxing and calm feeling.

  Marigold

  The marigold is a plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. It has a strong purifying effect on the body, which is why it is often used in various herbal teas.

Brewing tips for the perfect tea

There are a few factors that are affecting the taste of your tea. The quality of the water, steeping time, and water temperature. For this tea, we recommend using fresh water. You can use both tap water and spring water. However, make sure that your tap water does not contain unwanted flavors such as lime. The boiling temperature of the water depends on what kind of tea you are preparing. You can boil the water at 70 - 90 degrees for this organic detox tea.

Let the loose leaves of this detox tea steep for 7 to 10 minutes to release all the flavors of the herbs.
