You can use both tap water and spring water but make sure that your tap water doesn't contain unwanted flavors that can affect the taste. We always recommend sticking to the boiling water temperatures that are mentioned in the package.
You can brew this organic black tea Assam at 100 degrees and let the loose tea leaves steep for 3 – 5 minutes to get the best tea flavor.
